I started my MBA application journey after around 5 years at Shell, working across various roles in Financial Planning (FP&A), Business valuation and M&A. The limited time between GMAT and ISB application deadline and the overwhelming process involved made me consider seeking additional support from someone who understood the process and could provide the right direction. Reviews on GMAT Club helped me narrow down my options, and that’s how I found Admit Expert. From the onset, the team was highly responsive and took the time to understand my specific goals. Since INSEAD was my top priority, I was introduced to Aditya, an INSEAD alumnus, whose guidance was instrumental throughout the entire process. From college selections to interviews, he was there every step of the way and provided the right guidance that helped me course-correct, refine my story, and present a coherent and compelling application.
I received an admit from ISB before submitting my INSEAD application and had a tough decision to make. But the application process itself provided a much-needed clarity and helped reaffirm my priorities and expectations from the MBA.
Mock interviews with Imran and Namitha were particularly valuable, they offered sharp insights and helped me identify areas for improvement while reinforcing my strengths. Special thanks to Sudha and Rohan for being available throughout the process and sometimes even round the clock. A friend once said it’s an 80-20 equation—consultants could support with 10–20% of the overall effort. But having gone through the process myself, I realised that this 10–20% plays a crucial role, especially if you’re navigating the journey with limited exposure and a tight timeline.
Overall grateful to the entire team of Admit Expert for all the support. This journey introduced me to some great mentors and peers, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone pursuing an MBA.
