- Services Offered
At Admit Expert, we provide a variety of services to help our clients achieve their MBA goals. Depending on the package you choose, these services may include but are not limited to:
Essay Editing Assistance: We will help you develop and refine your essays, and we will provide you with unlimited iterations until you are satisfied with your work.
Letter of Recommendation (LoR) guidance
Resume Review: We will help you structure your resume and ensure that it highlights your most relevant qualifications and experiences.
Interview Preparation: We will help you prepare for interviews with the schools to which you have been shortlisted. We will provide you with general interview tips and strategies, as well as specific feedback on your performance in mock interviews.
Please note that we only provide interview preparation for the schools to which you have been shortlisted.
- Client Responsibilities
By using our services, the candidate agrees to:
Honesty and Authenticity: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information in all communications and documents submitted to our company. Any misrepresentation or dishonesty may result in the termination of services.
Deadlines: Clients are responsible for meeting application deadlines, and we recommend providing sufficient time for our services. We are not responsible for late submissions or missed deadlines.
Prompt Notification About Any Change: Clients are required to promptly inform our team of any changes in their academic or professional status or plan that may impact the counseling process. Changes to this information should be communicated to us as soon as possible, in order to ensure that we can provide our clients with the most effective and timely support.
- Confidentiality
Client Information: We will treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your personal information, documents, or any other data with third parties (outside Admit Expert) without your explicit consent.
Testimonials and Anonymized Data: We may use anonymized and aggregated client data for statistical and promotional purposes. Any testimonials or case studies shared will be done with the client’s explicit consent.
- No Guarantee of Admission
Admit Expert is a consulting service. We provide our clients with guidance and support throughout the MBA admissions process. However, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee acceptance into any particular school or into any of your selected schools.
We are committed to helping our clients achieve their MBA goals, but it is important to understand your success in the MBA admissions process will ultimately depend on your own hard work and dedication.
- Intellectual Property
All materials, documents, and advice provided by our company are protected by copyright and are intended for the client’s personal use. Clients are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reproducing these materials without our written consent. - Payment:
In the event that payment is not received on time, Admit Expert has the right to cease working on the Client’s order and to cancel the order altogether.
Payments made by the Client cannot be transferred to another Client’s account.
The Client’s payment cannot be transferred to another Client.
- No-Refund Policy:
We have a no-refund policy for all our services. This means that once you have purchased a package, you are not entitled to a refund, regardless of the reason.
We advise all users to carefully consider their needs and plans before enrolling in any of our services. If you are unsure whether a particular package is right for you, please contact us for more information.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- Termination
Admit Expert may, in its sole discretion, reserve the right to immediately terminate this Agreement and forfeit any remaining payments for services not yet rendered if the Client engages in any aggressive behavior, misconduct, or breach of this Agreement. If Admit Expert terminates this Agreement, the Client will not be entitled to a refund for any Admit Expert package services or hourly services that have already been paid for but remain incomplete as of the date of termination.
- Changes/Modifications to Terms and Conditions, Services and Prices
We reserve the right to modify or update our services, Terms, and Conditions, and prices at any time, at our sole discretion. We will provide Clients with notice of any changes, but it is the responsibility of Clients to review the updated terms. Continued use of our services after the updates constitute the Client’s acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. - Limitation of Liability
By accepting these terms and conditions, the candidate hereby recognises that Admit Expert is not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from the services provided or from the use of Admit Expert’s website. This includes direct, indirect, special, general, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or any liability of the client to a third party.
We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that your utilization of our service will be continuous, punctual, secure, or devoid of errors. We do not assert that the results stemming from the use of the service will be precise or dependable. You consent to the fact that periodically, we may suspend the service for indefinite periods or terminate it at any time, without prior notice to you.
It is expressly agreed that your utilization of the service, or any incapacity to do so, is entirely at your own risk. The service, along with all products and services provided through the service, is offered ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your utilization.
We make no representations, warranties, or conditions, whether explicit or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, merchantable quality, and non-infringement, except as explicitly declared by us. Under no circumstances shall Admit Expert, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be held responsible for any harm, loss, claims, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any nature. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, data loss, replacement expenses, or similar damages, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other basis, arising from your use of the service or any products acquired through the service.
This limitation also applies to any other claim related to your service use or any product. This covers errors or omissions in any content and any loss or damage resulting from the use of the service or any content (or product) disseminated, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service, even if you were advised of the potential for such damages. In regions or jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted by law, our liability will be confined to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Prohibited Uses
In addition to the other prohibitions set forth in these Terms & Conditions, you are prohibited from using the Site or its Content for the following purposes:
Any unlawful purpose.
Soliciting others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
Submitting false or misleading information.
Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
Collecting or tracking the personal information of others.
Spamming, phishing, pharming, pretexting, spidering, crawling, or scraping.
Any obscene or immoral purpose.
Interfering with or circumventing the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
